Fresher in Job to be more Hunger

In this blog, I would like to discuss the qualities and capabilities of a fresher to be successful in work-life in Job, business, or any discipline chosen by the candidate.

Of course, the first job is always special for everyone. Being a fresher, new to the company and surroundings.

Many students move out of college life, they might think that their learning days are over. But the fact is, that is not true as the jobs you take up in the future also have tons of lessons to shape you with. And, there are certain things which you can only learn from your first job. As a fresher to the job experience the difficulty to come up from student life into the factual world, but the truth that matters is your first job can make you sense the actual presence of working as a professional in any company.

The first job can be a tougher one for many, but very few can make it possible and prove them as gems. In a professional career only you can help yourself rather than others. This is considered the start of your life where you can learn a number of things that take you to the highest places in life.

Nowadays many students from different backgrounds of education come out of colleges with a prejudiced mindset and now they are eligible for relaxation and got the legal rights to carry out expenses.

As per the Human Resource officer's feedback; here is the thought process of many outcoming students of a new job seeker.

I will get the job easily with my talent as and when required with a good salary and weekly 05 day working with handsome salary.

I am not ready to sacrifice my life for a private job, I will try for the government service

During these many days of continuous exams and full of tension in student life, I will take a break and after some time try for the job.

Someone wants to work with only top MNC's y because of their salary, facilities, and lesser work pressure.

My friends working comfortable and decent jobs, I want to quit my job and I have acquired those skills with more training.

I will start the business and establish a new startup only innocent and foolish people will join in the jobs.

My family has a lot of properties and fixed assets I have to work only till getting marriage, later I will quit the job.

In above all scenarios 95% of the cases are ended or living up with a very normal career than the industry standards because of their relative mindset at the time of starting the new job in a career and reluctant to learn. Even If we choose from the success stories of business tycoons like A M Nayak, Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Anand Mahindra, Bill Gates, Elan Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Satya Nadella, Sunder Pichai, Indra Nui like many more started their careers from the rock bottom and earned the crowns.

For the reason "Freshes in Job to be more Hunger" and every day, minute working at the organization to be spent with enthusiasm, zeal, and courage without keeping any restrictions for learnings. When you are a fresher you have to learn from the bottom level of the employee with a similar kind of passion and mingling attitude then only you can able to acquire the desired qualities to be the lead role in your chosen career.

Things You Must Focus in Your First Job :

• Understand the requirement.

• Don't be afraid to make mistakes and try new things

• Enthusiasm is the Key

• Mingle with more people

• Do more than the allocated

• Associate and Interact with the right people

• Don't listen to the gossips and negativity spread from others

• Carry a notebook all time to note down the new things

• Hard work - don't look for escaping attitude

• Be Honest and Polite with all

• Learn the work-home balance

• Be a smart worker - learn to effective use of social media

• The contribution should come from the heart

• Interact frequently with other teams, departments

• Improve the presentation and expression skills

• Have a regular meeting with your immediate manager

• Don't look for the shadow when you are learning new things

• Always think about how I can handle this better

• Closely observe the behaviors of the senior members

• Don't be shy to interact with senior members of the company

• Show the working behavior that you are loyal to the company

Apart from the above personal habits, technical skills, management techniques, handling people, discipline, manners, and many more will sharpen your capabilities.
